Michael Shapiro has been building companies since 1978. His business background and marketing savvy make him uniquely qualified to help other companies grow. He has worked with over 75 companies, assisting in turnarounds, rapid growth situations and merger/acquisitions for his clients.
Mr. Shapiro was instrumental in the start up of Power Computing, the first Macintosh clone manufacturer, whose first year’s revenues exceeded $300M USD, more than any other computer start-up in history. He was responsible for targeting and hiring the first-tier management team, developing the Company’s marketing strategy and managing the initial start-up operations.
Mr. Shapiro is currently acting Vice President of Professional Civil Process of Texas, LLC., an attorney services company with offices in Texas. His current role is to lead the company through a rapid growth period while the Company’s founder and president contemplates retirement.
