David Abdo

Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Abdo has been CEO of KPI Online’s parent company, Bitam, since 2000 and was a founder of CIE, one of the two companies that partnered to create Bitam. He was a systems consultant in the Human Resources department of Petrocel, a division of the Alfa Group. He also held a teaching position at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. Mr. Abdo holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.

Juan Pablo Salinas

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Salinas has been CFO of KPI Online’s parent Bitam since 2000. Previously, he was employed as Administrative Manager at CIE Informatica Empresarial and BFT Systems until 1999. He was the Main Accountant and Manager for Maquiladora Textil Dyatext from 1997 to 1998 and has an extensive experience in consulting and auditing financial and public funds. Mr. Salinas holds degrees in Tax Analysis, Finance and Administrative, and Financial and Accountable Decision-Making from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas.

Luis Roux

Chief Product Officer
Mr. Roux has been the CIO and head of Research & Development of KPI Online/Bitam since 2000. He was a founder of BFT and the developer of the Papiro application. Previously, he was the firm’s Software Consulting Services Director since 1996. He has also been a consultant for Object Oriented Technology, where his clients included Sprint, EIMCO, IBM, USAAA, USWest and Amaritech. Mr. Roux holds a Master in Organizational Development from the University of Monterrey, a degree in Finance from the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives, and a bachelor degree from the Higher Education Institute of Tamaulipas.

Manuel López

Chief Operational Officer
Mr. López has been the COO and head of Professional Services for KPI Online/Bitam since November 2007. Previously, he was VP Sales of Gopac Solutions since 1993 to 2007. With 15 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) and Business Intelligence (BI) space, both in the commercial and technical side, he has managed complex BI projects in various industries, such as retail, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, financial and distribution. Mr. López holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the West Institute of Technology and Higher Education at Guadalajara and a postgraduate diploma in Innovation and Technology from IPADE. He also participated in a Data Warehouse Life Cycle course presented by Kimball University.

Sergio Garza

VP of Sales
Mr. Garza has been VP of Sales of KPI Online/ Bitam since 2000. He was a founder and CEO of BFT, one of the two companies that partnered to create Bitam. Previously, he was CEO of Informática y Control. Mr. Garza holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.
